Skills are usually small content items in a larger container, to style those individually makes it hard to match all the designs for each item.

fix: Skills are now part of a 'skillSet'

1. Replaced the "Skill" option with a 'SkillSet'
2. existing "Skill" items will still work but can't be added anymore individually
3. New skills must be added under a 'SkillSet
